I think that is where the pre-and post-match punch-ups are planned for.

That is Lewes District land - which is not part of the coach park I suppose.

Been asked many times on here, its does not belong to Lewes or Brighton its church land, that cannot be touched.

another question is why so much break up of the land south of Village way, is that going to be used?

Its where the spoil is going, rather than have 22'000 lorries of chalk going elsewhere we where given permission to re profile South of village way with it as this had less impact on the environment.
