With all this fuss about poppies on shirts, I think it would have been far more sensible, instead of making armbands, shirts, boots etc etc with the poppy on, if they had just made an appropriate donation to the British Legion !

I meant the expense, would have been cheaper to get a European ref, surely? Whoever pays.
