Wasn't the Red Bull under investigation over a flexing wing?
Or is that OK for them?

I see Bottas has gone from pole to 4th while Lewis has gone from 10th to 3rd?

Not sure if there was an investigation. I saw footage online of the top bit of the wing having a big wobble. They have replaced parts on the wing between quali and the race. Apparently they have done that a few times this year. Toto livid that Red Bull effectively have substandard parts that can’t go the distance- but they get to replace them whereas Merc got punished for a slight issue.

I’m sure it’s all as per the rules.

Perez had similar pace to Verstappen from the start, Bottas looks like he’s in a different team to Hamilton already. Unsurprising he was told to pretty much stop at turn 1 to let Lewis through, no help whatsoever again - his confidence on the floor it seems.

I tell her what, after the ruling yesterday had you said on lap 29 after the first pit stop you’d be in 2nd 1.4sec behind Verstappen I think he’d have taken it!

For sure had it been the other way around, LH would be penalised. Horner would be knocking on the stewards door.

Wow, Max completely opened the steering to force Lewis off to the point that he ran wide himself.

FIA have basically said you can force a driver off the track legally. I just hope this is enforced consistently for the rest of the season
