Beach hut, you really are pushing it here, do you honestly expect anyone to admit to being an estate agent. I was sat in traffic a few weeks back and looked to my right to see a mini emblazoned with the Foxtons livery, I just sat there laughing and I think the driver knew why!

OK then I am thinking of selling my Beach Hut.

I have to follow the list the Parish have sent me so what should be the value ?
