Just found (how sad is this?) a copy of 'Apres Toi' by Vicky Leandros. I was actually looking for the English version, sung by the same woman - in fact same backing track just sung in English - called 'Come What May'. For any OS&Bs out there, it won Eurovision in 1972 for Luxembourg. Anyway, I love it.
Boring facts: Vicky is actually Greek, but this didn't stop her also representing France in 1967 with the Paul Mauriat-penned 'L'Amour est Bleu' (Love is Blue). Jeff Beck had a minor hit in the UK with it that year.
