Seems the batsmen are determined to keep India in this test match, whereas really they should have batted them out of it. This pitch is not full of terrors.

Why isn’t Ashwin playing? He’d be a nightmare in our second innings. Has he upset the pantomime villain?

As per usual when faced with a tough 4th innings chase we'll roll over and let them tickle our tummies. We lost this test yesterday, Day 3 at the Oval has always been the best day to bat and it was criminal to throw wickets away and not get at least some use of it.
