God ,these pseudo-political threads are a yawn.

Nothing pseudo about this matey. Your government wants information about you that it doesn't need, and it wants to charge you for the priviledge. Is that not something that concerns you?

How can the Govt say this card is compulsory, that we can be fined for not having one but its our NATIONAL IDENITY CARD. FFS COMMON SENSE TELLS YOU IT SHOULD BE ISSUED AS A MATTER OF RIGHT FOR FREE WHEN WE 16 OR 18.

I hear from my sources that it was anothe Blunket whim ,that he is sworned by IT and the chosen Company did a good job in sworning him. Unfortunately, the Govt wont back down, even though they know it can never ever curtail terrorism and unless it is made free, it will never ever curtail crime!

Just think you are going on that bank job, just before you set off, you ask "have we got everything"

"No boss, I need to pack my ID card, I don't want the pigs to fine me"

"Good point son, never go on a job without it"

Socialists my arse they are!

Sorry,nodding off here.

Waiting for the football,dontcha know?

If its vota communista,or action this day you require, then I can only relate to the ghastly lunatic ravings of the deluded Grantham fete opener, the manic blue rinse who destroyed communities here and abroad on whims,or to cover for deficiencies in policy that cost lives.Actual, real lives. So stop bleating on about identity cards and get a life.

Apart from bread and circuses most people realise that the only certainties are death and taxes.

See,still a yawn.Nothing has changed.

Well,the football's nearer!

don't you mean the UNITED KINGDOM under labour?

anyway, don't have a problem with id cards, do have a problem with them being compulsory, and having to pay for them
