You buy it and keep the receipt and you will be able to claim the 10% back by going to the club shop when the system is live. Simples!

Is the Username the name on our smart cards or something other?

I bought a top at the Liverpool game which is too small - so I need to get refund. Does anyone know whether the club shop refunds money onto the ST smart card, or back as cash?
