Happy St David's day to all our Welsh seagulls (obviously that includes Bristol and Swindon as well).

My two daughters are looking splendid in their national dresses (sic) and the boy has his Wales rugby jumper on (under sufferance, I hasten to add:lol: ).

I might go and watch Pobol y Cwm by way of celebration.

I don't know languages at all, but from what little I know, and can guess, do the Welsh speak backwards?

Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant hapus

I think "Dydd" is day, "Sant" must be Saint, and "hapus" has to be happy. Don't know what "gwyl" is, but I thought "Dewi" was the Welsh name for David, so is it said as

Day David St. happy.
