Toes have now gone black with the bruise that covers my ankle, toes and foot...its very very pretty!

Does anyone know if Malcolm the phisio does private work? I could do with some ultrasound and stuff as we go on holiday next Saturday!!!!

Yep, Malcolm has always in the past done private physio work in evenings & things - and as he lives near you, then you should be able to hobble there and keep up some of your usual strenous fitness regime going at the same time!!!!!
