Give Dean a chance. After the Crewe game Gradi paid us a back-handed compliment - he said something along the lines of "it was good to see a team trying to play and pass like Arsenal - he just wishes they could - but they don't have the players".

After just stuffing us.

Dean needs time to come to terms with the Division. He is a bright bloke and will adapt formation etc. We do have some decent players - we just need a striker.

I do know that a striker makes up for all sorts of deficiencies. And Martin O'Neill would struggle managing the Albion without one.
