It's interesting reading what people on here think of Dean White.

They don't know what he does, so the opinion is to sack him...

alan as you are part of Dick Knight's furniture now perhaps you could enlighten us as to what exactly he does do ???

It's not a question of what he does, or doesn't do, Wilkins clearly needs to gain experience from someone with league knowledge and he isn't exactly going to get it from county league White is he?... An experienced number two is what Wilkins is crying out for.

Fair enough, find White another role in the jobs for the boys structure at the club but keep him away from the dugout, please.

Yes, of course we do! Why don't we? They need support, not critisim.

Because if we stick with him without improvement for this season we are likely to get relegated.

Im sure the people at Doncaster aren't calling for his head because they can see improvement. Can we say the same?

Dean White , Chapaman + Wilkins.......just looks so non-league. Deffo needs help

it is non-league!

2/3rds of our management team have come from no higher than the ryman. and what success has chapman every had as a manager, he never even won the league at whitehawk

maybe wilkins deserves more time, but his backroom staff choices leave a lot ot be desired

Of course Wilkins needs an experienced number two but, if you remember what DK said when Wilkins was appointed - something along the lines of "I asked Dean if he would like an experienced manager as his assistant and he said he wouldn't be happy with that" - it's fairly obviously not going to happen.
Shame really because I think DW could turn out to be a reasonable manager BUT if he's going to have to learn it all himself it's either going to take a lot longer or not happen at all.
