Doing a Google search suggests it is NSC specific - although 'bin fest' is prevalent on German websites. Must be because Germans love to argue too.

Back in the early days THE most commonly posted on subject was "When are the fixtures out?"

Which lead everyone in the know to repeatedly point out the date they would be available for the umpteenth time.

Hence to this day anything that has been covered before elsewhere is met with "Fixtures"
