Does he not have the right to be upset after the way he's played and still not got in the starting line up?
Yes, and Im sure he will be even more pissed off if we return to hoof-ball with McCammon and Virgo together. If McGhee isnt going to play him, then why are we paying his wages (which must be among the highest at the club)?

Just thought he was paid to get goals?

He's paid to give all he can in effort and play to the best of his ability - he has been doing this for the last month, yet the moaners are still unhappy. Despite being the nest player on the pitch for the last three games, it's still not enough for some people. He has heart, ability and comittment - some people just won't look past some stereotyped image of him.

Saturday was a classic example of Leon not being interested and not anticipating anything. Keeper spills it and he stands and watches rather than taking 2 steps forward and crashing it into the net.

Did I just imagine us being shite and not having a single effort on goal before he came on? He changed the game for us. Virgs was utter crap, but has received no such criticism on here.

yes he can be lazy but 27 goals in a season not to mention the goal at cardiff that got us where we are today shows he does deserve credit for what hes done. i would be glad for him to sign a contract extensions and he deserves some support from the fans.

On the strength of that quote we can then offer Peter Ward a contract as after all he got us 30 odd goals a few years ago didnt he?
Those facts are consigned to History now,its what he is doing this year, and that is exactly ZERO as he is paid to score goals, and his return this season shows how good he is in this league:nono:
