Do you start your sentences with CAPITAL letters?

yes, I always, always start my sentences with capital letters and finish them with full stops

I try to avoid splitting infinitives as well.

i usually cant be arsed either and especially for that capitilisation of 'i'. why though, do some people put a comma after 'but' or 'and' in mid sentence is it really necessary ?
