I just don't understand how people 'forget'. It's just so natural and I never think about it, just do it.

Same with the capitalised 'I' (as in I'm).

Always start my sentences with a capital, but i normally forget to capatilize the "I" as in "I'm". Probably as Microsoft Word does this automatically for me i don't usually bother.

I always do. In fact, I'm quite fussy with my grammar. I can't help it. One thing I've learned from NSC / NSP though is that it's GREAT to spell certain words in CAPITALS just to give it that extra EMPHASIS where needed.
