My Dad was looking at his stopwatch as Virgo headed that ball into the back of the net, and it showed 14 mins 58 seconds.

Somehow the ref found 2 and a half extra minutes further in the second period of extra time, but of the scheduled 15 minutes, we had precisely 2 SECONDS left. Don't think most people realised how close it was because of the time he added on.

Never was the phrase "close, but no cigar" more appropriate as for the Slim Panatella favouring Andy King tonight.

On NSC for over two decades...
Myself, and everyone around me, missed the fourth official putting up his board. He must have done it as Virgo was flying majestically through the air and making that bullet header!!!
