The ground itself may be a dump, but by all accounts the players' facilities are among the best in the league, with huge dressing rooms, central heating (the old ones apparently had 3 bar heaters or something like that), and plasma screens. It's a pity that players and their managers/agents go on the ground's reputation and don't actually visit.
