Anderlecht fined an unbelievable £13,000 for their fans behaviour in the recent game against Sprus :nono:

Now if that would of been an English team doing what they did they it'll be like a million pound fine and behind closed doors matches.

One rule for one, one completly different for the other :nono:

All the fines are pathetic. Real Madrid were fined something like £5,500 for prolonged racist abuse. Man Utd were fined £14,500 for their crowd trouble with Roma. Didn't we get fined more for the Harding incident, when the whole team joined in?

Not sure, but i think that makes the answer to the thread title a rather definite 'no'.:D

Although congratulations on putting the thread into your own words, as opposed to a copy and paste job from the BBC website

They should fine teams as a percentage of their income for the game involved. That way teams like us would get £10000 fines and teams in European competition would get fines in the hundreds of thousands. They could then use those fines to pay for popcorn for everyone.
