Have to say that my office acted in the correct manner and even stopped working

i wore a poppy but was at work and was hoping they would have one but they didnt and i dint realise the time

Yep, the whole workplace stopped today. Except some elderly people who were there, which surprised me a little.

We have a radio in the office and Radio 2 did observe it.

There are only two of us so we took the phones off for two minutes.

Some Australians asked what we were doing, so we shushed them.

I'm not one for being told when to think about things, but as it seemed important to other people, i wasn't going to ruin it.

I did but live in Ireland, these neutral bastards did not so had people trying to talk to me. I should have known better and gone somewhere quiet.
