Bit of an eye opener, but still a very entertaining bloke.
He is playing Worthing on 25th June, might be worth a look.

Had his day I reckon. Sign of the times when he couldn't even sell out Blackpool.

Already posted a thread about Chubby. I can't believe he's RUDER than Jim Jeffries...

Also, making a joke about having a Harvey Price advent calendar...people walked out!

Went to see him years ago back when he did his songs about Dolly Partons tits and the like! The place was packed out. His last few dvd's were not so good though.

Really came across badly in the programme.

I havent really paid much attention to him, and I didn't realise he had the racist material in his act.

The commentator made a fair point which he found difficult to answer, in that the audience whilst laughing at his admittedly funny blue material were almost cheering when he told his racist jokes.

More like a political rally than a stand up performance.

The "f*** Em.." comment after asking whether there were any "blacks" in the audience took me back to be honest

It seemed to be delivered with such hate as well.

Even Bernard Manning is better at "defending" his material.

The only defence he put up was I've been doing this for 37 years so why change.

Not really very funny, never understood any joke he ever said.
