One things for sure, this Villas-Boas fella certainly needs to hit the ground running results-wise at Chelsea. If his methods arn't working, then I'm not sure how much slack he's going to get from the senior players there, being told what to do by a 33 year-old who's never played the game. He's only had a couple of seasons as a manager, and whilst its clearly gone brilliantly so far for him in Portugal, stepping into the Premier League with a club the size of Chelsea and the sheer weight of expectation there, well he must have some bollocks.

He literally needs to do a Mourinho, and outside of replacing Fergie, there's no tougher act to follow.
