Definitive List Of Business's Missing Out on Money Because McClaren/Englands Failure

Mendoza

NSC's Most Stalked
Have been chatting about this in our lunch break at work today.
Can NSC make a definitive list of all the business's/Area's etc that will lose (wont make as much as anticipated) money in England because England didn’t qualify for the European Championships.

We came up with over 20 things, from the obvious, to the not so obvious, but I reckon we can get over the 50 barrier.

Obvious

Pubs - less people in pubs to watch the games
Off Licenses - less people buying alcohol mid week to watch games
Airlines - Less people booking to fly to Austria/Switzerland

Not So Obvious
Mini Flag Makers - there wont be a shed load of St Georges cross flags flying off car roof tops
Kebab Shops - there will be less drunks out at pub closing wanting a post match feast

So fire away, give a business/area, obvious or not that would miss out on money, and give a little reason

Would have thought the effect on Airlines would be the opposite.

More people leaving the country to go on holiday, now there's nothing to stay at home for.

Police (loss of earnings on overtime on the evening we would have been knocked out by penalties), however, offset by saving by police force not having to pay overtime

Everyone else.

I wonder how easy Steve McLaren sleeps at night knowing he has cost the economy tens of millions. Him, and only him, and his schoolboy-error approach to coaching. We've might have even over-looked the so-called 'credit crunch' had it not been for him.

No pressure then, Signor Capello.
