Decent toothpaste recommendations ?

Interesting replys to my seemingly rubbish advice. In the last 6 months or so I have noticed the top of my teeth becoming quite sensitive, I wonder if that's the nerves becoming exposed.

I've only been to the dentist once in the last 8 years and that was for fillings. I really need to pull my finger out and get a check up I think.

Mine was similarly a 9 year delay! Figured if I'd spent £100 a year for my checkups etc., I wouldn't have been in the state I was...

Why dont you just put them in that glass by the side of your bed like you used to gummy.

I refuse to take dental advice from someone who has less teeth than me .
