Decent pub in Chichester please

In a couple of weeks time we (a bunch of guys who are members of a walking group) will be looking for a pub in the centre of Chichester for Sunday lunch. Any suggestions or recommendations from the great and good of NSC would be appreciated.

Nags head does an excellent carvery but it gets v busy so book ahead. But if you are walking to the harbour why not avoid the town and go to the Crown and Anchor at Del Quay which is on the harbour edge?

Fox goes free at Charlton has been a great pub for a long time. Ps i have not been there this year!
