If you are asking me if I am sure of that offer then I bought a case in Sainsburys in Haywards Heath on Sunday and then another 3 cases in a Sainsburys in Bristol on Tuesday so I am about as sure as you can get

Sure if your comparing with Duval, Chimay or some of the other trappist stuff but worse than Jupiter?

I'd say Stella and Jupiler were about on a par, marginally better than Maes, but all three are way down the scale of things in comparitive terms. To be honest, I only drink any of them (or any Dutch pils come to that) by accident when I get handed one at a party. But why would I want to, when as you rightly point out there are so many lovely alternatives like Chimay, Duvel et al...?

At the moment I'm 18 years into a personal quest to try all 800 of Belgium's beers (an impossible task since the list changes every year). I'd put Stella around #580 of the 600 or so I've managed so far... (and I'd probably put Maes as #600).
