Cheers eeees complicated. I think you got enough bs off doubters that you deserve all the gloating and offensive signs you can type.

Thanks again and you are now noted as an itk for me, and many others no doubt. Keep up the good work, was a fun and rewarding thread.

A quick scan at the Big board has threads on Cordless drills, Keith Lemon and if Ian Thorpe is a lifter, yet you question whether our 4th Signing of the summer (confirmed by the club rather than the usual my mates uncles donkey) is worthy of a new thread.

fackin hell.

but we still do not know what is Ian Thorpe's preferred cordless power drill.

(bollocks to Keith Lemon)

Crofts was our best midfielder when he left and will be quality now.

Nav's, Dicker or Crofts? One winner, delighted with this signing.

Good work, you have managed to be positive about a new signing while slating a present and former player at the same time.

Saw this last night but my ipad at the hol house doesnt have the log on details. Allowed me another twelve hours to think. Happy with the signing. Crofts has shown both here and Norwich that he is the type of player we need right now. It'll do. Now for the striker..

Cracking signing and just the sort of player we need, Well done to the OP as well for getting it spot on with news of a signing yesterday. As for the people saying they're underwhelmed, Just who were you expecting us to sign? Crofts is a 28yr old international midfielder that we've signed from the premier league, since when did that sort of player suddenly become not good enough for us?

I can see their frustration, after all we were after Essien, Lampard & Cole

Reading the first 10 pages of this thread, apart from a few posts I really felt as though I had wandered into a school playground  Grammar police, people saying you will get banned etc etc, quite amusing

Excellent signing - all the Norwich boards suggested he never let them down, and playing at the level he has we've now got a midfielder back at his peak: great engine, bags of experience, tough tackler and with an eye for goal.

MAJOR coup for Gus, Tony and the team.

Now for the hit man ... My money's still on a hidden gem from overseas

Ideally two strikers given Hoskins' injury but musn't be greedy.

Hoskins is only injured for a few weeks, and, with a new striker, is 3rd/4th choice. Unless the injury becomes more serious I suspect we can go without his services and not need a replacement for now.

I reckon 1 striker ( +1 more if CMS goes ), and hopefully another midfield option ( Miquel from Arsenal would be ideal as plays DM, CB and LB ).

It looks that way.

I think we only need the one foward as Toby and Barker are sound back ups, they have proven they can do a job pre season, unless CMS goes to Leeds we dont need a 2nd.
