Really can't muster any enthusiam for this World Cup. I'm sure I will when it starts but of the 7 games against Oz I have probably seen about 30 mins of play at most. Just can't get excited about anything other than test cricket.

On topic though, losing Morgan will be a huge blow

Agree with McShane. The World Cup is not a great show. Dragged out over six or seven weeks. Half empty stadia. High prices. Rubbish format.

Not suprising we have picked up so many injuries. Some of these guys have been out in Australia for three months or so. Far too much ODI cricket for one tour.

He looked pretty out of form against Australia though (even compared to the rest of them) and would possibly have been the man to drop if we were gonna have a 5 man attack. Still he has been very good in the past and it's a shame

I kind of agree with the both of you, but if we get past the inevitably tedious preliminary stages and get anywhere near the semis, then we'll start getting into it I'm sure. Obviously comes nowhere near the Ashes of course.
