If you draw cash on a credit card it is expensive but if you go to Tesco and spend £30 and ask for £100 cash back does it go through and show as £130 spent in Tesco or £30 and £100 cash on your statement.

You could put £100 on your bhafc ecard from your credit card and you won't get charged interest (if you pay it off at the end of the month)

You can withdraw cash at an ATM with a credit card. It normally comes with a 2 or 3% handling fee and you will certainly get charged a higher interest rate for the cash compared to standard purchases.

Plus the interest will start to accrue the day you take the cash out, rather than if you do not pay your statement, so you will always pay interest on it, well thats the case with many cards

It shows up as 2 different transactions and you will pay a different rate (I believe) on the cash taken out. SInce in theory the credit card does not have money on it when you take actual cash out they like to rip you off :).
