That was the name of the previous company that was bought by the Majeeds, wasn't it? It was the company owned by the Dulys for sure. I guess it's possible that it is still the name of the club company (not just the social club), but the majority owners are Prospect Estates.

Edit:

Well, the Crawley directors didn't know anything about it until it was posted on their forum (allegedly!).

So it's definitely them, but they thought they were debt free.
