Turns out I met the lad in question at a gig not too long ago, I can confirm he's Palace but he certainly wasn't the biggest twat out of their group.

To be fair to guy there isn't allot of love lost between Palace and United for what went on at their cup semi at Villa Park (and obviously the whole Cantona incident prior to that).

Not that that makes it ok of course!

However before people fall off their high horses I've heard Brighton fans sing "The wheels on the bus go round round bump" on more than one occasion about said incident at Villa Park. Granted it's not as high profile as the Munich air disaster but someone still lost their life.

To be unfair to the bloke when both those incidents happened he would have been 3 or 4 if his age reported is correct! I'm sure he had a right laugh about it in the boozer afterward, bet he's not laughing now though!
