Whilst he was on the pitch he reminded me of the team when we had Lua Lua on loan - we looked superb.
When he went off we collapsed a bit and let Boro back in
Looks like he was a good buy

I agree. Very impressed with him. He scared the shit out of their full back.

Our shape totally went when he was substituted. I thought at the time he was taken off too early, is he lacking match fitness at the moment?

All the possibilities for songs on Craig Noone, Blue Noone etc and we come up with the inspiring Nooney, Nooney. The youth of today

Thought it was a very good home debut and he looks very promising.

Boy's got fast feet and was a constant threat. The minute he went off we let Peterboro right back into it.

We did and it was rather sad actually as it could have been 5 or 6 goals

In fairness, he probably feels sorry for those singing it.

Put Lua Lua in some of the positions Noone had today and we'd have scored more goals, fact.

....how's that 'fact'? Noone was FANTASTIC at beating his man and put some really dangerous crosses in. His defensive tracking back was also excellent. Also a better delivery than lua lua on a consistent basis (not to say lua lua was bad in any way).

And in any case, lua lua should not be the benchmark for judging a player, he was an exception.

Thought he was very good and yes we did lose our way once he went off.

When we Noone went off, we lost our shape and had no width on the left. Consequently the ball was pinging around a congested centre of the pitch and we often got dispossessed or misplaced passes, allowing Posh to get some momentum. Posh looked up for it after they got a goal back and demonstrated why they've scored plenty this season.
