What made it worse apparently is that one of the pump ladder crews couldn't get their gear right up to the fire owing to the number of parked cars in the area. Perhaps those who moan about parking restrictions (not on here so much, but it's a national pastime) might consider why they're there. I'd love to know how a tender would get to some of the streets in Hanover, for example.
