It's not unusual for an 18 year old to be farmed out to a club in lower league. I cant understand why Virgo is currently no1 scapegoat on here after all he's not the only one having a shit season is he?

Virgo was weak as a captain, extremely ineffective even. He's now been interviewed as 'the head boy' and delegated some of his own responsibilities to the ex-manager. Well, I suppose it was Slade's fault that Virgo was captain at all - but he perhaps might have been smarter not saying anything about the management capabilities, like he did.
Virgo is GREAT with the community and the kids, but better keep a low profile except on the pitch.....and then just do his job as a squad player, cos he's NO 'captain'.

Better prepare for a lot of changes if SC takes over again - he's not going to suffer 4th division players for long!

Everything revolves around him up front, but how would he better marshal and arrange our useless defence? We need TWO captains!
Kuipers is too erratic and confusing to be telling defenders anything, and it's enough that he has to concentrate on watching the ball himself, without telling Elthick and Elabd they are adrift and all over the show
