Yes, definitely as the grass bunds have been removed.
At the end of the day it comes down to cost per seat at current prices. A tabulation with the following headings would be a useful comparison:
a) Original Cost (Including Infrastructure)
b) Current Cost (Adjusted for inflation)
c) Stadium Capacity
d) Cost per seat (b divided by c)
In the case of Falmer the cost per seat would be approx £4,156 (£93m divided by 22,374).
I don't have time to do this right now but if anybody would take this on...it would be a useful exercise.
