West Ham striker Bobby Zamora says he would relish scoring against his former club Brighton on Saturday but will restrain himself in any celebrations.

"If I play I'll obviously be going all out to score," Zamora, who scored 77 goals for Brighton in his three years at the club, told the West Ham website.

"But I'll tone down my celebrations. I had some great times there and still speak to a lot of the lads

"Brighton were very good to me and I wouldn't want to upset anyone there."
