Poll's too open. You can't compare, say, tea and coffee with soft drinks – they're different things for different times in my book.

Not strictly as neither tea, coffee (diuretics) or soft drinks will cure your thirst and will leave you more dehydrated over the course of a day. Water is the only way to go.

Forgot about that. Have to agree with you! It doesnt seem to taste the same anywhere else!

Spot on. Coke from a plastic bottle is horrible but absolute nectar from a trad glass bottle:clap2:
