I bought a pair of trousers and a shirt at a charity shop yesterday.
I am wearing the items now and i can't escape the thought that they're a dead-man's garments. Could they be a cadaver's smalls and bib and if so will he feel disgruntled at me donning them wrongly or backwardly?

Were they laundered beforehand?

I assume they were. I checked for a poo stain and a man's name sprayed in bloods and i was all clear, but i still can't shake the guilt from how comfy they are. It's like being winked at and sucked by a friend's separated wife.

But if you feel good then surely there is no problem.

I think he would be glad that they have found a new, loving home and that you could do with them what you wish.
