i've wondered about that old fella i must admit. what is he doing hanging around with those toddlers?

Basically the Tweenies are in a sort of nursery/playschool so they have the old bloke Max and the other adult Judy.

Their parents (who are bigger versions of the kids) do turn up from time to time.

And yes I have kids.

The only Hollywood movie ever shown at the cinema in the 70s-era Soviet Union I believe - because the authorities there thought it painted a sufficiently bleak picture of capitalist life in America to be suitable for proletariat audiences...
