Whilst I was out and about networking last night, Chris Eubank drove past in his American Truck waving to people in the street. I noticed on the side of the truck is his website emblazoned upon it.

As one of Brighton's most famous personalities is he a Legend or is he a Bell End ?.

I am a big fan of Chris, the bloke it absolutely top drawer in my book, a real character, unique, mad, stylish and also was a superb boxer in his prime. He retired a few years too early in my book.

Top bloke

How would i know?I'm pissed.
I lost my respect for him after i paid good money for ringside seats when he fought Dan Sherry. He was getting turned over, headbutted him and the fight was stopped because of the resulting cut.f***ing CHEATING BASTARD.

Legend!

secondsoutmd7.jpg

Photo shows a svelte and boyish THPP in the ring with the boxing legend at the height of his fame (Eubank's fame that is). Several seconds earlier the interloper had attempted to climb through the ropes, but sadly left in a trailing right leg, falling arse over tit full length at the feet of the somewhat startled middleweight champion

Good recovery, mind

I seem to remember he was deducted 2 points for the headbutt and it immediately went to the judges cards, and despite the deduction he still won ... so I'm not sure about your assumption that "he was getting turned over."

Legend and top bloke.

The Watson and Benn fights were as good as it gets in boxing terms. Legend.

Another anecdote around two years agho when pissed I caught the 22:06 fast to Brighton and he got on the train and said:

"Is this the 1st class"

Moi being pissed decided to say "bet that was hard to say" and thankfully lived to tell the tale
