Defrost chicken
Marinate it in olive oil and jerk seasoning or jerk marinade
Put it in the oven

Serve it with rice n peas (you'll need coconut milk though)

Melt jar of crunchy peanut butter in microwave then place in a saucepan

He wants to stay that way - Peanut butter is 50% fat!

Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
White Rice
1/2 Onion
1/2 Courgette, thinly sliced
2 Eggs
1/2 Lemon
Soy Sauce
Wasabi
Brown Sugar


Mix Soy Sauce, Wasabi & Sugar, fry Chicken for a few minutes until starting to brown, add saucy mix, a couple more minutes, add veg, then beaten Egg shortly after and stir until egg is cooked. Boil rice, add a little soy and squeeze over lemon. Serve Chicken/veg mixture over rice.
