strange.... i ordered about 1 week after they went on sale, came through post within 3 days, i've got mine

I ordered mine at the same time as my Reading ticket, and I got the Reading ticket with the invoice and then a few days after that I got a Postman's red card... I went up to claim whatever post was mine and it was the Chelsea ticket which was plonked in an envelope with no postage paid for it at all. Even better, the Chelsea ticket itself had "duplicate" printed on it, which seems like a Ticket Office cock up.

Ours still haven't come, I also booked on day one along with reading tickets

I had been told over a week ago that there was a cock up and It should be in the mail at the start of last week..
