Cheese - which cracker

after having some delightful wenslydale on a water cracker last night i got to thinking about what cheese goes best wth which cracker.

Im personally a huge fan of mature chedder on a digestive but what tickles your cheesey tastebuds

Or if you happen to be my doctor who is concerned about my blood pressure, it's a sliver of low fat cheese on a piece of celery, and a glass of water.

Ossau-Iraty or Comte on a thin waffer type water biscuit, hits he spot. My wife misses out the biscuit/cracket part and combines with red wine instead.
