It's actually quite funny. If you do a search for his posts within about 2 minutes you will have read loads and 90% are failed statements like that.
The only prediction you can safely rely on are about managers leaving because, as we all know, it is inevitable that any manager will leave eventually. Bit of a no brainer really. Not refering to Ernest there obviously
