An observation not a caption:
One other weird aspect of his sartorial choices only becomes evident when you zoom in closely.
He's wearing trainer socks with long trousers, which somewhat defeats the purpose of a trainer sock, which is usually worn with shorts when you don't want your socks to be visible.
There is however a teasing glimpse of bare ankle so maybe that was the alluring effect he was after.
