Just editing to say, no C.K. we're not being lazy, either you're opposed to C.P. or you're not. Once you start introducing degrees of crime where it becomes an acceptable punishment then that's a different debate. You may as well have added 'doing 40 in a 30 mph zone'.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe you should have aimed it at those who said 'YES' to capital punishment in your previous poll? They're the ones who have to struggle with the ethical dilemmas as to what crimes it should apply to.

That would have been a better idea wouldn't it ah well done it now

Will have to wait and see until Thursady to see what I will do with my results though, I may keep all the results but could possbily remove some of the anti capital punishment ones.

Depends on the circumstances and on the crime committed. I'm certainly not completely 'anti', but nor would I mandate executing someone for jaywalking or nicking a Mars bar.
