To be honest, I can't lay the blame ENTIRELY at Fabio's door. If the players don't do what he asks of them, what can he really do? IMHO, the blame should be laid at the feet of the overrated, overpaid, egotistical 11 fuckwits that were on the pitch.

actually, one can put an awful lot of blame there. why were we so narrow? why was Gerrard wasted on the left? why did he not identify and bring in defensive cover with some pace (or f*** it, just play Dawson forget the experience). and i mean for the past year, not just today.

the so called overrated, overpaid (no more so than a couple of dozen other players still in the tournament) players did seem to do what was asked of them, the tactics and inparticular substitutions were not right. the irony was the germans played like English teams, soak up the pressure and break fast, but we were not set up to counter the threat or respond the same way.
