Any of the NSC running club run this today? Finished around 45 minutes, just a bit under maybe- nice to have seagulls shouted at you on way round .

Just got back! i did 47:22 which i was over the moon with as its my first proper run and the conditions were awful!! on the 5k turn at hove lagoon it was hard to run in a straight line

agreed lots of albion shirts around! i shouted a seagulls and may not have been too far behind you

and then i got to King Alfred and thought i was nearly there and then you had to go back again enjoyed it though

I did it in 1hr 5mins. My first ever 10k. Haven't managed to run further than 6k before today.

It was deceptive at the cafe, thought the corse was turning back to the finish line so I went for it only to realise there was about 1.5 or so to go.

I had to pull out today, hopefully be back on the 5k before long.

same,i saw quite a large crowd so went for it and then realised we had to run bak to basically KA
