Can you wire up the Sky box to a computer ?

Had a few SkyGo issues on my ipod touch but on my computer its been ok on the odd times I have used it.

As long as your broadband connection is half decent, SkyGo is f***ing brilliant

My Sky Go doesn't give anywhere near the resolution I get on my HDTV - but then, my broadband speed (BT ADSL) is only about 5Mbps at the moment, and I'm switching to Virgin Media's 30Mbps next week. I'll have to see if that makes a difference.

Just tried sky go for the first time and it is very good. Football is slightly jumpy/pixalated but not so bad if you sit far enough away. This must be dowm to the broadband speed.

The answer to your original question is no you can't. The USB port hasn't been activated by SKY. You can of course share a router with a SKY HD box for Anytime+ but thats all.

get an HDMI splitter for the back of your sky box, run one HDMI to your telly as normal & the other to your monitor as long as it has an HDMI input.

Yes, piece of cake.
You need a tv card (like this WINFAST TV2000 XP EXPERT TV CARD - (B02) | eBay) which you stick in a spare slot. If it's a laptop then you can get USB tuners but make sure you get an analogue one.
You then connect the sky box secondary output to the tv card input.
