Can we rate threads?

How often, out of sheer boredom, have you clicked on a thread with an uninspiring title and found yourself reading some posts of sheer brilliance?

Equally, how often have you opened a thread titled "This is brilliant" or "Funniest thing I've ever seen" and found yourself looking at sheer drivel?

Is it possible to click on a star or something if you think you've found a real pearl of a thread, so others could be directed to it too?

With so many threads started each day it would be nice to able to sort the wheat from the chaff if you're short of time, especially as quite boring looking threads can be hysterically funny.

I generaly see who has posted, and always read footie related threads first. May be interesting though.

Hopefully, after the novelty has worn off, people will just mark the crap ones and the great ones and not bother with the rest - all those two/three stars don't really tell you anything.
